Algiers, November 26, 2025 – The second international forum on “High-Efficiency Governance and Modernization of Public Services” commenced today in Algiers. The event, organized by the Ministry of Interior, Local Authorities, and Transport, in collaboration with the China National Academy of Governance, aims to foster knowledge sharing and innovation in local administration.
