Algeria’s Prime Minister has lauded the outcomes of the 9th session of the Algerian-Egyptian High Joint Committee, emphasizing the opportunity it provided to assess and enhance cooperation between the two nations. The meeting served as a platform to explore avenues for further development, leveraging the significant opportunities presented by the rapidly expanding economies of both countries.
Speaking to the press following the committee’s conclusion, the Prime Minister highlighted the steady growth in trade exchange between Algeria and Egypt. He also noted the continuous expansion of investment and partnership projects across various sectors, including energy, petrochemicals, electrical and pharmaceutical industries, construction, public works, services, and agriculture.
“I can proudly state that the Algerian-Egyptian partnership has become a promising framework for strengthening integration, maximizing mutual benefit, and fostering positive and productive interaction between the people of both countries to build a prosperous future,” the Prime Minister stated.
He further emphasized that the dynamic economic activity between the two countries benefits from the conducive environment created by economic reforms in Algeria. These reforms, spearheaded, provide attractive incentives for direct investment and increased capital flow, supporting both nations’ aspirations to build strong and exemplary relations that benefit their respective populations.
The Prime Minister concluded by expressing his satisfaction with the results of the session, considering it a crucial step in strengthening a fruitful and diverse partnership. He stressed the importance of monitoring the implementation of the session’s outcomes across all areas to achieve greater integration, growth, and partnership between Algeria and Egypt.
