Warriors Suffer Heartbreaking Loss to Rockets; Curry Injured

Golden State Warriors fell to the Houston Rockets at Chase Center with a final score of 104-100. The game, part of the NBA regular season, was marked by dramatic moments and a surprising dip in performance from star player Stephen Curry, who struggled with his shooting before limping off the court late in the fourth quarter.

Despite six Warriors players reaching double-digit scores, it wasn’t enough to secure a win. Curry managed only 14 points on 4-of-13 shooting and committed six turnovers before heading to the locker room, visibly uncomfortable. This follows a previous absence earlier this season when he missed three games due to a hamstring injury.

This game marks only the fifth time this season that Curry has failed to surpass the 20-point mark, despite scoring 103 points in his previous three games.

On the other side, Reed Sheppard led Houston to victory with an impressive 28 points. Meanwhile, Kevin Durant remained absent for the second consecutive game due to personal reasons.

The Warriors will need to regroup quickly as they face upcoming challenges, and the extent of Curry’s injury remains a key concern for the team and its fans. The Rockets, buoyed by this victory, will look to continue their momentum in the competitive Western Conference.
