The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AADL) has confirmed that the allocation of 46,000 housing units under the AADL 3 rent-to-own program is ongoing across various provinces in Algeria.
According to a statement released by the agency, the Director-General of AADL, acting on behalf of the Minister of Housing, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, oversaw the laying of the foundation stone for a project involving 2,000 AADL 3 housing units in the new urban center of Ouled Khaled, Saida province, on Monday.
The agency clarified that since President Abdelmadjid Tebboune inaugurated the first project in Constantine, a total of 11,650 AADL 3 housing units have been allocated. This includes:
- 8,050 housing units in the new urban center of Sissaoui, Constantine.
- 1,600 housing units in the new urban center of El Bakarat, Ouargla province.
- 2,000 housing units in the new urban center of Ouled Khaled, Saida province.
The AADL 3 program aims to provide affordable housing solutions to a wide segment of the Algerian population. The commencement of construction on these units represents a significant step towards fulfilling the government’s housing commitments.
