Algiers – The National School of Administration (ENA) has announced the detailed protocol for the oral examination, a crucial step in the final admission process for the 2025 intake at the “Moulay Ahmed Medeghri” campus. The exams are scheduled for Tuesday, December 2nd, and Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025.
These measures aim to ensure the smooth running of the examinations while upholding standards of transparency and discipline.
Strict Adherence to Timetable and General Organization
In an official statement, the ENA emphasized the importance of candidates adhering strictly to the allocated schedule for their respective groups. Candidates must arrive at the school premises no later than 7:00 AM, presenting their national identification card upon arrival. The statement further emphasized the need for candidates to dress appropriately and respectfully, observing the institution’s established code of conduct. All candidates are required to proceed to the designated assembly hall before the commencement of the procedures.
Draw Procedures and Candidate Allocation
The process includes two draws to ensure absolute transparency. The first draw will determine the candidates who will participate in the final oral examination. The second draw will assign each candidate to a specific examination committee.
Specific Instructions Before Entering the Examination Room
The administration requires candidates to place all personal belongings, including mobile phones, in the designated area within the candidate assembly hall before proceeding to their assigned committee. Upon reaching the committee, candidates must present their national identification card and then randomly select a question for the oral examination.
Preparation Phase for the Oral Presentation
After selecting a question, candidates will proceed directly to the designated preparation room, ensuring they occupy the seat corresponding to their committee number. A maximum of 15 minutes will be allocated for preparation.
Discussion and Document Retrieval
Following the preparation period, candidates will join their respective committees for the question and answer session, ensuring they retrieve their national identification card before leaving the room. Subsequently, candidates will return to the assembly hall to collect their personal belongings and then depart from the school premises.
