Ooredoo Celebrates International Day of Persons with Disabilities

Algiers, December 3, 2025 – Ooredoo Algeria marked the International Day of Persons with Disabilities with a special event in Algiers. The telecommunications company partnered with the “Hope and Action” association for individuals with motor disabilities, located in Bab El Oued, to organize the initiative.

The event, held on Monday, December 1, 2025, carried the theme: “We are all one family for people with disabilities.” It brought together representatives from public institutions, economic stakeholders, and members of civil society.

A key highlight of the celebration was honoring the Paralympic athletes from Mouloudia Club of Algiers, who achieved remarkable success at the recent World Para Athletics Championships in New Delhi, India. The athletes were recognized for their outstanding performance and dedication, bringing pride to Algeria.
