President Abdelmadjid Tebboune presided over a ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Algiers today, where he received the credentials of five newly appointed ambassadors to Algeria.
According to a statement released by the President’s office, President Tebboune formally accepted the credentials of Ahed Sweidat, the Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. He also received the credentials of Emad Saab Saab, the Ambassador of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and Ali Al-Mawla, the Ambassador of the Republic of Lebanon.
In addition, the President accepted the credentials of Marek Moryan, the Ambassador of the Slovak Republic, and Juan Claudio Valenzuela, the Ambassador of the Republic of Chile.
The reception of credentials marks the formal commencement of the ambassadors’ duties in Algeria, signifying the strengthening of diplomatic ties between Algeria and their respective nations. This event underscores Algeria’s commitment to fostering strong international relations and collaboration across various sectors.
The President’s office emphasized the importance of these diplomatic missions in furthering mutual understanding and cooperation.
