Algeria Dominates Bahrain with Decisive Victory in Arab Cup

Doha, Qatar – The Algerian national team (A’) secured their first victory in the 2025 Arab Cup, currently being held in Qatar, with a commanding 5-1 win over Bahrain this Saturday evening. The match took place at the Khalifa International Stadium in Doha.

Striker Redouane Berkane emerged as the star of the match, netting two goals and providing a crucial assist to his teammate Boulbina, who also scored twice. Berkane’s impactful performance further included drawing the penalty that was successfully converted by Benzia, adding a third goal for the Algerian side.

Bahrain’s sole goal came courtesy of Abd al-Jabbar in the 27th minute of the match. Despite their efforts, they were unable to match Algeria’s attacking prowess.
