GHELIZANE – The province of Ghelizane marked a significant step in its housing development with the launch of 1500 new units under the AADL 3 (Agence Nationale de l’Amélioration et du Développement du Logement) program. The foundation stone for this ambitious project was laid on Saturday by the Director-General of AADL, Riad Ghamdani, alongside the Governor of Ghelizane, Kamal Berkan.
This initiative aligns with the directives of the Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, to expand the AADL 3 program across various regions of Algeria. This event represents the ninth such undertaking as part of the ongoing national housing strategy.
Since President Abdelmadjid Tebboune inaugurated the first AADL 3 project, a total of 21,215 housing units have been allocated across several provinces. These include significant projects in Constantine (8050 units), Ouargla (1600 units), Saida (2000 units), Medea (1400 units), Tebessa (1000 units), Mascara (2400 units), Laghouat (1150 units), and M’Sila (2115 units). The addition of 1500 units in Ghelizane further strengthens the nationwide effort.
The AADL 3 program aims to provide modern, affordable housing solutions that meet the needs of citizens throughout the country. This project in Ghelizane underscores the government’s commitment to expanding access to quality housing and achieving the objectives of the AADL 3 program.
