Algiers, December 18, 2025 – The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications has announced the launch of a new digital portal named “Inssat” (Listening), designed to manage citizen petitions and enhance public service delivery.
According to a ministry statement released today, the portal will allow citizens to easily submit complaints, suggestions, and meeting requests related to postal and electronic communication services. The initiative aims to streamline communication channels between the government and the public, fostering improved service quality.
The Ministry emphasizes that “Inssat” provides a simple and secure platform for citizens to voice their concerns and offer feedback.
