DZWatch Exclusive – The National Agency for Housing Improvement and Development (AadL) has commenced issuing payment orders for the first tranche of AadL 3 housing units. This marks a significant step forward for the highly anticipated housing program.
Prospective homeowners can now access and pay their first installment conveniently through the AadL’s online platform. The agency has released a detailed video tutorial demonstrating the step-by-step process for electronic payment.
To initiate the payment, applicants must first access the AadL website at www.aadl.dz and navigate to the ‘AadL 3 Office’ section. After entering their username and password, they should click on ‘Subscription’. This will generate the payment order for the initial phase, representing 50 percent of the first tranche.
The system will then prompt the applicant to enter a displayed code and confirm the transaction. Subsequently, they will need to input their payment card information, whether it’s a bank card or a ‘Golden Card,’ and click ‘Pay’. A verification code will be sent via SMS to their registered mobile number, which must be entered to finalize the payment.
Upon successful completion of the transaction, the applicant will have paid 50 percent of the first tranche and will receive a payment receipt containing all relevant details of the transaction. This receipt serves as confirmation of the partial payment.
