Algiers – The Senate’s Committee on Legal and Administrative Affairs, Human Rights, Local Organization, Land Planning, and Regional Division convened today, Monday, December 22, 2025, to deliberate on proposed amendments to the draft law concerning the nation’s regional planning framework.
