This sentiment was expressed by the Minister of Veterans Affairs and Rights Holders, Abdelmalek Tachrifet, on Saturday in Constantine, during ceremonies marking the anniversary of Didouche Mourad’s death in 1955. Didouche Mourad, born in 1927, was a key figure in the early days of the Algerian War of Independence, and his sacrifice continues to inspire generations of Algerians.
