Ooredoo Algeria is participating as the official partner in the 14th edition of the Emploitic Connect fair, held on January 24 and 25, 2026, at the Exhibition Palace (SAFEX) in Algiers. According to a statement from Ooredoo, the event is organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Vocational Training and Professional Education and the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Startups, and Micro-enterprises.
Organized by Emploitic.com, the fair serves as a platform for exchange and meetings dedicated to recruitment, bringing together job seekers, new graduates, and experienced professionals with companies seeking talent under a shared vision: “Building the Future of Work in Algeria.”
During this new edition, Ooredoo Algeria is participating through a dedicated booth managed by a specialized Human Resources team. The team is responsible for receiving candidates, collecting applications, conducting recruitment interviews, and providing guidance and advice to young job seekers.
Ooredoo experts are also participating in various conferences and workshops on topics aligned with the company’s strategy in innovation and digital transformation. These sessions aim to highlight advanced technologies, particularly 5G, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science, as key factors in transforming career development, creating entrepreneurial opportunities, and improving employability.
In 2022, Ooredoo Algeria received the “Best Places to Work” certification from the international program Best Places to Work, confirming its commitment to providing a stimulating work environment, tangible career prospects, and a climate conducive to professional development and growth.
