Two people aged 49 and 65 sustained minor burns to their faces and hands after a passenger car caught fire on Tuesday morning in Tebessa province.
According to a statement from the provincial Civil Protection Directorate, the “Chahid Hachani Douh” main unit intervened to treat the injured and transport them to the emergency department in the Scanska neighborhood.
Firefighters worked to control and extinguish the blaze, which completely destroyed the vehicle, preventing the fire from spreading to adjacent vehicles and property.
