Air Algérie announced on Tuesday the resumption of the Algiers-Johannesburg route.
In a statement, the airline explained that the first flight between Algiers and Johannesburg took off today as part of the program to restart this route, which will be scheduled at a rate of three flights per week.
The reopening of this route comes as part of strengthening the group’s network within the African continent and responding to the growing demand for promising destinations in the region.
