Partnership Agreement Between the Ministry of Vocational Training and INJAZ Association

The Minister of Vocational Training and Professional Education, Nassima Arhab, oversaw on Thursday the signing of a partnership agreement between the Ministry of Vocational Training and Professional Education and the INJAZ El Djazair association. According to a statement from the ministry, the agreement aims to promote a culture of entrepreneurship and improve youth employability within the vocational training system.

This partnership aims to integrate the entrepreneurial dimension into training paths through the launch of the “Company Program” and the “VEC – Vocational Entrepreneurship Celebration” programs. These initiatives combine theoretical training with practical support and the development of behavioral and professional skills, allowing for the preparation of viable micro-projects.

In its first phase, the program includes more than 200 trainees divided into 22 teams across 20 entrepreneurship training centers and vocational institutions nationwide. It also includes training workshops for teachers and supervisors to ensure the quality of supervision and the unification of pedagogical approaches.

During 2027, 22 sessions will be launched, with the program set to expand during the same year to include between 50 and 100 sessions, as a prelude to its national generalization during the 2026–2030 period.

The Minister emphasized that this agreement represents a qualitative step toward making training institutions incubators for innovative ideas, enhancing the integration of youth into the national economy, and contributing to wealth and job creation.
