Six people poisoned by gas in Setif

Six people suffered carbon monoxide poisoning emitted from a water heater in the province of Setif.

The Civil Protection reported that its units intervened yesterday evening at 21:28 to provide emergency assistance to six individuals suffering from carbon monoxide poisoning. The gas was emitted from a water heater at a location known as the Ben Jaddou – Ain Mous promotion, in the municipality and district of Setif.

The incident affected six people ranging in age from 2 to 48 years, who exhibited symptoms of nausea and difficulty breathing. They were provided with first aid and transported to the local hospital.
