The Minister of Housing, Urban Planning, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, reassured on Thursday the subscribers of the “AADL 3” rent-to-own program, confirming that all subscribers whose files meet the applicable legal and regulatory conditions will benefit from housing within this program.
Belaribi explained, in response to questions from members of the People’s National Assembly, that the file review process is carried out according to precise and transparent criteria, ensuring equal opportunities for all concerned, emphasizing the sector’s commitment to implementing the program according to the specified legal framework.
The Minister of Housing also confirmed that his department continues to work on implementing its housing programs according to the set deadlines, in a way that responds to citizens’ aspirations and enshrines their right to housing.
