Algérie Télécom Launches Extensive Plan to Improve Service Quality

Algérie Télécom has launched an extensive plan to strengthen and modernize its technical infrastructure across several provinces. The initiative includes the installation of 345 4G LTE (eNodeB) base stations across 44 provinces.

According to a company statement, the first phase of this plan, which runs until next March, involves the implementation of a coverage enhancement program through the installation of 195 base stations.

In addition to expanding 4G coverage to remote areas, this strategic deployment aims to reinforce the network in densely populated regions. This will ensure high-speed connectivity and improve service quality, making it more stable and faster for users.

Equipped with the latest technologies, the new base stations will meet the growing and diverse demand for digital services among customers. The network enhancement plan prioritizes areas with high demand for communication services.

Additional installations are expected soon to ensure equitable and effective national coverage. The second phase of the program will involve the installation of at least 150 new 4G LTE base stations.

Through this significant program, the company reaffirms its commitment to providing high-quality communication services and supporting economic development, innovation, and digital transformation in Algeria.
