Minister of National Education Mohamed Seghir Saadaoui oversaw, this Saturday at the Brothers Omrani Middle School in El Biar, Algiers, the launch of the first qualifying competition for the third edition of the Algerian Mathematics Olympiad for the year 2026.
In his speech on the occasion, Saadaoui revealed that the number of participants reached 284,307 in this 3rd edition, distributed across 1,003 centers.
