Coach Dziri Billel, along with his assistant Haddou Moulay, has declined to take over the technical staff of Mouloudia Oran, as confirmed by the club’s management on Wednesday evening.
Just hours after announcing Dziri’s appointment to lead the technical staff, succeeding the Spaniard Juan Carlos Garrido, the Oran-based management confirmed in a subsequent statement that Dziri Billel apologized for being unable to join the club due to personal reasons.
The management of Mouloudia Oran stated that it respects this decision, emphasizing that efforts are underway to appoint a new technical staff as soon as possible to serve the team’s interests and meet the expectations of the supporters.
