Minister of National Education, Mohamed Seghir Saadaoui, reaffirmed the necessity of personal and direct supervision by education directors over the work of committees reviewing files for the teacher recruitment competition.
During a national conference held via videoconference on Thursday, the Minister emphasized the importance of monitoring all publications regarding the competition to avoid any conflicting instructions or information.
In this context, Saadaoui noted that a doctoral degree is not considered supplementary training under public service regulations, warning against the publication of inaccurate announcements that could lead to inconsistent processing across different provinces.
The Minister also stressed the need for strict adherence to established criteria, instructing that any problematic cases lacking clear answers be referred to the central administration for review in coordination with public service departments.
