Two people were killed and another was injured in a traffic accident in Chlef province.
Civil Protection services intervened at 14:36 following a collision between a car and a truck on National Road No. 19 in the Cheikh area, within the municipality of Sendjas and the district of Chlef.
The accident resulted in the death of two people at the scene and the injury of another with varying degrees of severity. The injured person received first aid and was transported to the local hospital, while the deceased were transferred to the morgue of the same hospital.
