The National Meteorological Office reported heavy thunderstorms across several provinces of the country.
The same source warned of rainfall, occasionally in the form of thundery showers accompanied locally by hail, starting Saturday afternoon in the provinces of Tlemcen, Aïn Témouchent, Oran, Mostaganem, Chlef, Mascara, Relizane, El Tarf, Guelma, Souk Ahras, Oum El Bouaghi, Khenchela, and Tébessa.
Rainfall amounts are expected to range between 20 and 30 mm throughout the validity of this bulletin, which extends from 3:00 PM today, Saturday, until 6:00 AM tomorrow, Sunday.
