Civil Protection services reported early Sunday that 23 people were injured following the skidding and overturning of a passenger bus on the Adrar-Setif line in M’Sila province.
According to a statement from the same services, the intervention took place at 04:20 AM on National Road No. 46, at the city exit towards Djelfa in the Tlilat area, Slim municipality, and Djebel M’saad district.
The same statement noted that the injured, aged between 16 and 66, were treated and transported to the local hospital.
Civil Protection services deployed seven ambulances and a rescue truck for the operation.
