An apartment fire on the fifth floor of a 15-story residential building resulted in injuries to nine people in the Saint Charles neighborhood, in the municipality and district of Oran.
According to a statement from Civil Protection, emergency services intervened at 2:53 AM to extinguish the fire. The injured were treated at the scene and transported to the local hospital.
For this operation, the Civil Protection services deployed four fire trucks, a mechanical ladder, and an ambulance.
