Athlete Yasser Triki has won the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold title in the triple jump following his standout performance at the Liévin International Athletics Meeting in France, part of the World Athletics Indoor Tour Gold series.
Triki’s victory was secured with a powerful jump of 17.35 meters, the world’s best mark this season. This performance earned him a maximum score of 10 points despite participating in only one meeting, demonstrating his high level of readiness and ability to succeed in major competitions with minimal appearances and peak technical output.
This new achievement adds to the Algerian champion’s distinguished record, which includes a silver medal at the 2024 World Indoor Championships in Glasgow. He also finished fifth at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, fourth at the 2025 World Championships, and fifth in the 2022 edition, alongside a third-place finish in the 2025 Diamond League final.
