The Secretary-General of the National Democratic Rally (RND), Mondher Bouden, has appointed MP Mohamed Touil as the head of the party’s parliamentary bloc in the People’s National Assembly.
Touil, a representative for the province of Chlef, took over his duties succeeding Abdelghani Toumi.
It is worth noting that Mohamed Touil previously served as the head of the RND parliamentary bloc from the beginning of the legislative term in 2021 until March 2025.
