The El Eulma court in Sétif province has issued four final judicial rulings terminating commitment and pledge contracts. This action is part of the follow-up on the legal status of housing units at the 2000 AADL housing site in Ferme El Rais, El Eulma, Sétif province.
The AADL Real Estate Management branch explained that the defendants were ordered to evict the premises, return the keys, pay overdue rent for the AADL housing, and provide financial compensation of 30,000 dinars.
Meanwhile, the Bejaia court rejected all lawsuits related to the Sidi Boudrahem urban pole. The court issued 16 judicial rulings regarding the Sidi Boudrahem urban pole, all of which were dismissed for lack of legal grounds.
These decisions confirm the integrity of the procedures taken and their compliance with the established legal and regulatory frameworks.
