Presidential Decree No. 23-462, dated December 19, 2023, outlines the convocation of Parliament in accordance with the Constitution and the Organic Law that governs the organization of the National People’s Assembly and the Council of the Nation, their operations, and their functional relationships with the government.
The Parliament’s extraordinary session agenda includes the opening of the session, followed by President Tebboune’s address, and will conclude once all the items on the agenda have been addressed.
