Teacher Recruitment Competition: 1.065 Million Candidates Undergo Oral Interviews

On Tuesday, 1,065,000 candidates began the oral interviews for the teacher recruitment competition based on certificates for the year 2025. The competition will span three days, supported by precise organizational and logistical arrangements aimed at ensuring transparency and equal opportunity among all candidates in the largest recruitment drive the sector has seen in years.

Provincial education directorates have finalized all organizational arrangements for the oral interviews, ensuring appropriate logistical conditions to receive over 1.5 million candidates competing for 40,500 financial positions across the three educational levels.

The oral interview committees consist of two qualified members, with reserve lists prepared to address any potential absences, ensuring the continuity of the process without disruption.

During a national seminar on March 17, the Minister praised the management of the competition, particularly regarding digitization, which contributed to enhancing transparency and efficiency. He emphasized the importance of the field presence of delegated directors to ensure direct supervision of the process under the oversight of education directors, thereby enhancing follow-up effectiveness and ensuring proper implementation.

Saadaoui noted the methodology adopted in distributing examination centers, as it took into account the geographical distribution of candidates to bring the centers closer to them and improve the conditions for their reception and participation in the competition.

The Minister stressed the necessity of ensuring a good reception and precise guidance for candidates, while maintaining the highest levels of professionalism during this stage. He also emphasized strict commitment to circulars and regulatory texts, confirming that all concerns raised would be addressed. He noted that the number of candidates exceeded 1,065,000, which requires extreme accuracy in reviewing files and evaluating candidates.

In the same context, the Minister emphasized the need to ensure integrity and fairness in conducting oral interviews under the direct responsibility of center and committee heads, while strictly adhering to the approved procedures.
