National People’s Council Speaker Ibrahim Boughali arrived Saturday in Minsk, capital of the Republic of Belarus, heading a parliamentary delegation for a four-day official visit.
Boughali was received by Belarus National Assembly House of Representatives Speaker Igor Petrovich Sergeenko, accompanied by Foreign Affairs Committee Chairman Rashkov Sergei Anatolievich and Belarus-Algeria Friendship Group President Kosegin Ruslan Anatolievich, in the presence of Algeria’s Ambassador to Moscow Tawfiq Jawamia.
The visit, made at the invitation of the Belarusian parliamentary speaker, aims to strengthen bilateral parliamentary cooperation, consolidate bonds of friendship, and exchange views on issues of mutual interest.
