The Free Bloc in the Algerian Parliament, led by its President Ait Menguelat, has called on President Abdelmadjid Tebboune to run for a second term.
Ait Menguelat, speaking at the close of the parliamentary session on Sunday, stated, “The Free Bloc supports President Abdelmadjid Tebboune’s candidacy to complete his ambitious program for building the new Algeria.” He added, “We will put all our efforts into ensuring the success of this crucial presidential election.”
The bloc’s president emphasized that the upcoming phase requires wise leadership and continuity in implementing the projects and reforms initiated by President Tebboune, highlighting the importance of unity and collective effort to achieve Algeria’s development and progress goals.
Ait Menguelat explained that the Free Bloc’s support for President Tebboune’s candidacy reflects their strong confidence in his future vision and his ability to achieve more accomplishments, stressing that the “new Algeria” needs sustained, prudent leadership to realize its desired objectives.
