Giplait, Bellakt Protocol for Algerian Infant Milk Venture

The Algerian public dairy group Giplait recently signed a protocol agreement with the Belarusian company Bellakt in Algiers. This agreement facilitates the exchange of information between the two entities, with the stated objective of preparing for the establishment of a joint venture dedicated to producing infant milk within Algeria. The accord was formally signed on Tuesday by Samah Lahlouh, Chief Executive Officer of the Giplait group, and Lupik Vitaly, General Manager of Bellakt.
The signing ceremony forms part of ongoing discussions between Giplait and Bellakt, aimed at advancing the infant milk production project and formulating an action plan for the prospective joint venture. Senior executives from both the Algerian public group and Bellakt, alongside a representative from the Belarusian Ministry of Agriculture, attended the event.
During their visit, the Belarusian delegation was afforded the opportunity to observe the quality and diverse range of products offered by the Giplait group.
