Tissemsilt Inaugurates New Plastic Components Production

Prime Minister Seifi Ghrib, acting on a directive from President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, oversaw the inauguration of the "General Plastic Injection" production unit in Tissemsilt. The new facility specializes in manufacturing plastic components and accessories for the automotive sector, marking a tangible step in the nation's industrial development.

This inauguration aligns with President Tebboune's commitments to reactivate and reintegrate properties previously confiscated under final judicial rulings back into the national economic cycle. The project is designed to bolster productive investment and enhance the capabilities of Algeria's national industry, particularly within the crucial car components manufacturing segment.

The General Plastic Injection unit is expected to contribute significantly to the development of local production chains, increase the level of national industrial integration, and decrease dependence on imports. Prime Minister Ghrib was accompanied during the visit by several ministers, including Interior, Local Communities and Transport Minister Said Saayoud, Industry Minister Farid Courtel, Finance Minister Mohamed Lamine Lebbou, and the Head of the Economic Renewal Council, Kamal Moula.
