Ibrahim Boughali, President of the Algerian National People’s Assembly (APN), arrived today, Tuesday, at Incheon International Airport in Seoul, leading a parliamentary delegation that includes representatives from all parliamentary groups within the APN.
According to a statement from the National People’s Assembly, Boughali was welcomed upon arrival by Hong Seong, President of the Parliamentary Diplomatic Forum on Africa, alongside the Algerian Ambassador to the Republic of Korea.
This visit is part of a bilateral mission in response to an official invitation extended by Boughali’s counterpart from the Korean National Assembly.
