Bir Lahlou (Liberated Sahrawi Territories) – The Sahrawi People’s Liberation Army (SPLA) continues to target the positions and fortifications of the Moroccan occupation forces, causing severe losses in personnel and equipment, according to a military statement released by the Central Directorate of Political Affairs of the SPLA on Tuesday.
The statement, reported by the Sahrawi News Agency (SPS), highlighted that advanced units of the Sahrawi army launched two consecutive strikes on Moroccan army bases in the Laakad area within the Mahbes sector, resulting in significant losses among the Moroccan forces.
The SPLA has been intensifying its attacks against the strongholds of the Moroccan occupation forces, who have suffered heavy casualties in both manpower and equipment, the statement added.
