Housing Minister’s Working Visit to Aïn Defla Marks Nationwide Housing Distribution Launch

Aïn Defla – Today, the Minister of Housing, Urban Development, and the City, Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, began a working visit to Aïn Defla, where he presided over the launch of a nationwide housing distribution initiative from the regional Taib Cherif Mohamed Theater in Khemis Miliana. This significant event commemorates the 70th anniversary of the Algerian Liberation Revolution.

In Aïn Defla, a total of 1,587 housing units will be distributed across various categories: 712 rural construction subsidies, 620 AADL (sale-to-rent) units, 215 public rental units, and 40 subsidized housing units.

Belaribi’s itinerary includes a visit to Jendel, where he will lay the foundation stone for a new 5,400-seat stadium. Following this, he will proceed to the municipality of Aïn Defla to inaugurate a high school and break ground on several other educational facilities, reinforcing the ministry’s commitment to regional development.
