
Algiers – The President of the Algerian Council of the Nation, Mr. Salah Goudjil, chaired an extended meeting of the Council’s bureau today, Tuesday. This meeting included heads of parliamentary groups, the chairman of the Economic and Financial Affairs Committee, and the parliamentary overseer. The primary agenda was to outline the Council’s work schedule from November 13-16, focused on deliberations for the 2025 Finance Law and the Council’s own budget for the year.
According to an official statement, Mr. Goudjil opened the session with an emphasis on the 2025 Finance Law’s core objectives. The bureau reiterated that this law fundamentally aims to support citizens’ purchasing power, fortifying the relationship between the president and the Algerian people.
