Tunis, Tunisia – The Algerian national canoe-kayak and para-canoe team showcased an outstanding performance at the 2024 Arab Championship, held in Tunisia from November 22 to 24. On Saturday, during the first day of the competition, Algeria secured an impressive total of 23 medals, including 9 golds, 9 silvers, and 5 bronzes, according to a statement by the Algerian Federation of Canoeing on Sunday.

Algeria’s gold medals were achieved through stellar performances by both individuals and teams:
