Heatwave Sweeps Across Several Algerian Provinces

DZWatch Weather Center forecasts a significant rise in temperatures across numerous Algerian provinces today. The anticipated heatwave will push temperatures above seasonal averages, particularly in the northern and southern regions of the country.

In the northern areas, expect conditions ranging from clear skies to partly cloudy weather. Hot weather is predicted along the coast and in the western and central interior regions. Residents in these areas should also be aware of the possibility of blowing sand, especially along the coastal and western inland strips.

The southern regions will generally experience clear to partly cloudy skies. However, cloud cover is expected to gradually increase in the far south as the day progresses. Temperatures in the coastal areas are forecast to range between 26 and 33 degrees Celsius. The interior regions can expect temperatures between 20 and 32 degrees Celsius. The southern provinces will see temperatures ranging from 21 to 36 degrees Celsius.
