Algerian Army Chief Receives Zimbabwean Defense Minister

Algiers – The Chief of Staff of the People’s National Army, Lieutenant General Said Chengriha, received the Minister of Defence and War Veterans of the Republic of Zimbabwe, Oppah Muchinguri Kashiri, on Wednesday at the headquarters of the People’s National Army.

Minister Muchinguri Kashiri is currently on a working visit to Algeria, leading a high-level military delegation. The visit underscores the ongoing efforts to strengthen bilateral relations between Algeria and Zimbabwe, particularly in the realm of defense cooperation.

During the meeting, Lieutenant General Chengriha and Minister Muchinguri Kashiri discussed matters of mutual interest, focusing on ways to enhance collaboration and partnership between the armed forces of both nations.
