Oman’s Shura Council Chairman, Khalid bin Hilal bin Nasser, will begin an official visit to Algeria on Thursday, at the invitation of Algerian National People’s Assembly Speaker Ibrahim Boughali.
A statement from the National People’s Assembly said the visit would be an opportunity to strengthen the friendship and brotherhood ties between the two countries, as well as to discuss ways to enhance cooperation in all areas, particularly at the parliamentary level.
During his stay in Algeria, the Omani Shura Council Chairman will hold talks with the heads of both chambers of parliament, as well as meetings with a number of state officials.
