Johannesburg – Minister of State, Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad and African Affairs, Mr. Ahmed Attaf, held bilateral talks with his Spanish counterpart, Mr. José Manuel Albares, today, Saturday, November 22, 2025.
