Luanda, Angola – Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ahmed Attaf, arrived in Luanda, Angola, on Sunday evening, representing President Abdelmadjid Tebboune at the 7th Summit of the Africa-Europe Partnership.
The summit, scheduled for November 24th and 25th, will convene under the theme “Strengthening Peace and Development through Effective Multilateral Cooperation.” Discussions are expected to focus on priority issues for both the African Union and the European Union.
According to a statement released by the Algerian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, key topics on the agenda include matters related to peace and security, development, migration, and governance. The summit will also provide an opportunity to assess the existing partnership between Africa and Europe across various sectors.
Algeria’s participation underscores its commitment to fostering stronger ties between the two continents and addressing shared challenges through collaborative efforts.
