Additionally, National Road 30 is blocked at Tizi N’Koullal (Ibodraren municipality) and along the stretch connecting Boghni to Tala Guilef. The Wilaya Road 253 is also closed at the Chlata Pass (Illilten municipality), which connects Tizi Ouzou and Bejaia.
In Souk Ahras, National Road 81 is closed at Ain Soltane municipality, affecting the connection between Souk Ahras and Guelma due to heavy snow accumulation, making it difficult for vehicles to pass.
