Constantine, Algeria – The Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion (AAPI) has announced the availability of new land plots designated for investment projects across several industrial zones and activity areas within Constantine Province. This initiative aims to bolster the region’s economic appeal and support productive ventures.
According to a statement released by the AAPI, the available properties include sites within the El Daouames Industrial Zone in Ain Abid, the R’mel Activity Zone in Constantine, and the expansion area of the Ali Mendjeli Activity Zone in El Khroub.
This move aligns with the AAPI’s policy of providing prepared land plots, enabling investors to launch their projects under optimal conditions. The Agency is currently preparing to define the specific types of activities that will be allocated to these properties when they are published on the digital investor platform. This allocation will be consistent with local development trends and the economic needs of the province.
The AAPI encourages all investors and project developers interested in investing in Constantine to express their interest by completing the designated form, accessible on the AAPI website. Applicants are required to specify the nature of their project, the final product, and the minimum area required for implementation. This information will enable the Agency to accurately allocate land plots to suit various sectors.
This undertaking represents a further step in the government’s efforts to support local investment, facilitate business establishment, and enhance economic dynamism in one of Algeria’s most important eastern provinces. This initiative is expected to create jobs and boost economic growth in the region.
