Al Jazeera, the Qatari network, has urgently revealed the submission of the case of the assassination of its photographer, Samer Abu Daqqa, to the International Criminal Court.Samer Abu Daqqa
The network clarified that it has formed a team, including its own experts and legal professionals, to compile a dossier on the assassination of photographer Abu Daqqa for submission to the International Court.
Al Jazeera stated that “the legal file will encompass the repeated attacks on the network’s crews operating in the Palestinian territories.”
It is worth noting that the photographer Samer Abu Daqqa became a martyr, succumbing to the gunfire of the Zionist occupation during his coverage of the Israeli bombardment on a school in Khan Yunis, southern Gaza.
