NASHCO, SYM Algeria Partner for Motorcycle Exports to Africa

The National Maritime Marketing Company (NASHCO) recently hosted officials from SYM Algeria – HAM MOTORS, a company specializing in motorcycle manufacturing. This meeting initiated discussions on cooperation mechanisms aimed at supporting SYM Algeria's expansion into African markets, specifically Mauritania and other West African nations. The collaboration is intended to advance the export of Algerian-made motorcycles, contributing to national economic objectives.

This partnership aligns with directives from the Minister of Interior, Local Communities, and Transport, which emphasize the importance of bolstering exports beyond the hydrocarbon sector. The discussions focused on how NASHCO could provide suitable maritime and logistical services and solutions to facilitate SYM Algeria's market expansion. This strategic move supports Algerian companies in reaching new international markets and diversifying the nation's export portfolio.

The initiative reflects ongoing national efforts to support and guide Algerian enterprises in their pursuit of African market penetration. By offering appropriate transport and logistical solutions, such partnerships are designed to enhance Algeria's overall export capabilities and presence within the continent. This collaborative approach underscores a commitment to fostering economic growth through varied export streams.
